Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Ansab Jahangir without creating an account.

However, create an account with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

How to recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the “Forgot Password” section. You will receive an email with your updated password.

What payment methods does Ansab Jahangir accept?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer for local customers. Western Union, Net Banking & 2Checkout for International customers.

Are there any delivery charges?

Charges of Rs. 300 shall apply on all domestic orders within Pakistan.

For customers with UK shipping address, USD 25 shall be charged on purchase of the first product and USD 7.5 on purchase of each additional product.

For customers with US and rest of the world shipping address, USD 30 shall be charged on purchase of the first product and USD 10 on purchase of each additional product.

Is my personal information kept private?

Your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

What if the product I want is Out of Stock?

If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.
